A Self-Help Guide to
Gambling Management

Each individual gambling experience may be different, depending on the reasons why we gamble.

What we do and how we think influences our gambling behaviour.

This self-help guide is designed to give you information and ideas on gambling management. You will be responsible for deciding if you want to make a change and then how you can make the change and maintain it.

If you don't find this approach helpful, there may be other approaches that suit you better. You can check the useful links page for ideas.
